Dan will show you how 'good nutrition' can be something we all actively seek to benefit from, rather than being a chore. Dan does not just focus on short term weight loss. Instead he will educate and guide you to see your nutrition as part of your performance and recovery in all aspects of your life, whether that is in your training, at work, or at home. This shift in mindset is what leads to lasting, progressive change, rather than a quick fix.
The webinar will be hosted on Zoom and will last for approximately 45 minutes, followed by a 10 minute Q&A.
