Holly's interest in fitness began with an unexpected injury at the age of 21. In a bid to regain both her physical and mental strength, she set her self the ambitious goal of running a half marathon within 9 months - and achieved it, just! Fast forward a few years, Holly is continuing to progress her own fitness journey while helping others do the same.
Holly started as a Made for Moving member in 2020 before coming on board as a coach. She coaches at studios across London, but believes you can't beat the great outdoors! She also works with online clients supporting, motivating and developing a sustainable approach to fitness, nutrition and overall wellbeing.
Alongside her coaching, Holly is extremely passionate about good food. For the last two years she has worked with a leading fitness app to develop their nutrition offering. Holly believes nutrition is key to our wellbeing but thinks life is just too short for boring food. She has some amazing recipes - just check out her Insta page!
Holly has lived in London for eight years but grew up in the East Sussex countryside surrounded by animals, including a pet sheep at one point! When not working you can find Holly cooking, running or at her local Pilates studio.
